Schmidt Library provides borrowing privileges to community members, alumni, and retired faculty with an ID card, which may be requested in-person at the main help desk in the library.

This ID card allows individuals to borrow physical items from the library. However, our licensing agreements do not permit us to extend remote access to electronic databases and resources to community members and alumni.

A limited number of computers are available in the library for community members to access our databases on campus. Note that you can only access the databases on campus using these community-designated workstations, not on personal devices.

Private study rooms are only reservable with YCP email addresses.

Information about accessing the guest wi-fi can be found on the IT help site.
